Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days unless specify.

Delivery Time: Once processed, orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location within New Zealand. Please allow an additional 3–4 working days for delivery to rural addresses.

Auckland Store Pick-Up
For customers in the Auckland area, we offer a convenient in-store pick-up option. Simply select “Pick-Up” at checkout. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s available.

Additional Information

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Areas: At this time, we only ship within New Zealand.
